Week 3 - Pats vs Dolphins
September 20, 2008

I think this will be a good week for the team to see what kind of rhythm that Matt and the receivers can establish. Miami has had 2 sacks in each of the first two games and has given up not only lots of yards, but also lots of big plays. Welker should have another good game. Gaffney should be able to be more involved this week. I think Moss will be able to get open at least once - I just hope Cassel can get him the ball when he does get open.

Pennington may be an accurate passer, but he doesn't have Cotchery or Coles any more to turn a 10-15 yarder into a big play. His best receivers so far have been the tight ends. I think Miami will try to run the ball more and I think they will probably do better than the 60 yards they averaged for the first 2 games.

We should be able to win a little more convincingly this week. I don't think it will be a blow-out though. I'm looking forward to seeing if we can show some improvement on offense. We really need to be able to pound the ball in when we have first and goal inside the 5.
